We can't wait to welcome you to our wedding at the beautiful Dismal River property! To make the most of your experience, all wedding events will be held on-site. Breakfast is included with your stay, and the clubhouse will be open for dining throughout your stay.

Given the limited lodging capacity and the desire to accommodate everyone comfortably, we strongly encourage guests traveling together to inquire about booking a 3- or 4-bedroom home on the property for a minimum 2-night stay. This will help us keep the single hotel rooms available for guests traveling solo or for shorter stays.

Please reserve your lodging by August 5th to secure your spot. Our room block will be released 60 days prior to the wedding.

For your convenience, we've reserved all 18 rooms at the charming Sandhills Motel, a 25-minute drive from our wedding venue at Dismal River. If you plan to stay off-site, we kindly request that you arrange for a sober driver, as the only access to Dismal River is a narrow, one-lane road. We want everyone to enjoy their time safely! Please know that all the activities at Dismal River will be available to all of our guests, whether you stay on-site or off.

The Double R Guest Ranch is a 30 minute drive from Dismal River Club and has a couple of lodging options to accommodate 2-10 guests.
